Summit Heating and Cooling completed a full new home HVAC installation for an Eastbrook Homes build in Whitehall Michigan. The goal of this project was to deliver reliable comfort, efficient operation, and balanced airflow throughout the entire home from day one.

The system includes a Bryant ninety percent efficient two stage furnace paired with a new air conditioning unit. Full ductwork was installed throughout the home and carefully sized to support a dual zone heating and cooling layout. This allows different areas of the home to maintain consistent and comfortable temperatures without overworking the system.

Ventilation was also a key focus. Our team installed properly vented bathroom exhaust fans along with a dedicated kitchen hood vent that exhausts directly to the exterior. These details help manage moisture, improve indoor air quality, and support long term system performance.

By coordinating HVAC, airflow, zoning, and ventilation early in the build process, we helped ensure this home will operate efficiently and comfortably through every West Michigan season.
